Struggling With Insomnia?

CBT-I for Insomnia (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia) is the gold-standard treatment for people who can’t sleep, whether you struggle to fall asleep, stay asleep, or wake up feeling rested. Insomnia isn’t “just being tired.” It’s an exhausting cycle that takes over your nights and steals your days.

You might find yourself:

  • Lying awake for hours, your mind racing even when your body is exhausted
  • Checking the clock again and again, dreading how little sleep you’ll get before morning
  • Waking up in the middle of the night, wired and restless, unable to fall back asleep
  • Dragging through your day, foggy, irritable, and struggling to focus at work
  • Snapping at loved ones, then feeling guilty because you’re running on fumes
  • Googling “sleep hacks” at 2 a.m., trying melatonin, herbal teas, or apps, only to feel like nothing works
  • Dreading bedtime itself, because it feels like the start of another battle you can’t win

Insomnia doesn’t just affect your nights. It eats away at your health, your patience, your career, and your relationships. The longer it goes on, the more helpless and stuck you may feel, like your body has forgotten how to rest.

Imagine Restful Sleep Again

Now picture a different reality:

  • Falling asleep naturally, without pills or rituals that only half-work
  • Sleeping through the night and waking up genuinely refreshed
  • Trusting your body to find its rhythm instead of fighting it
  • Feeling focused, clear, and patient throughout your day
  • Approaching bedtime with calm confidence instead of dread

This isn’t a fantasy. It’s what CBT-I for Insomnia (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia) is designed to deliver.

The CBT-I for Insomnia Program: 6–8 Sessions to Reset Sleep

CBT-I is a short-term, structured program that typically takes 6–8 sessions. We’ll move step by step to:

  1. Assess your sleep history and current struggles
  2. Identify the patterns that keep you stuck in the insomnia cycle
  3. Build a personalized sleep plan that works with your life
  4. Practice strategies to fall asleep and stay asleep more easily
  5. Anchor new habits so your results last long-term

Unlike medication, CBT-I for insomnia doesn’t just cover up symptoms, it retrains your mind and body to sleep naturally again.

Who Can Benefit From CBT-I for Insomnia?

This program is for adults who:
