Individual Therapy ~ Los Angeles

Integrative and Holistic Approach:

Arati provides individual therapy to adults by utilizing an integrative and holistic approach to healing. Her main goal is to guide you towards feeling a sense of wholeness and balance.

You can find yourself in alignment again and get back on your path. You deserve to feel seen, heard, and understood; you deserve to love yourself. You deserve to believe in yourself, feel ease in life, and stop struggling.

My clinical approach is focused on teaching easy-to-use skills and tools, helping you find solutions, and assisting you to focus on the present so you can move forward. I offer a unique approach to healing combining humor, life skills, energetics, mindfulness, validation, empathy; all while also challenging limiting beliefs, highlighting false narratives, and helping you create a realistic plan for you to move towards reaching your goals.
